For sale is a sorting plant for commercial waste, paper, cardboard, plastics etc., year of construction 2022, only 151 operating hours, with a sorting capacity of up to 20,000 tonnes/year, in two-shift operation.  The plant consists of the following components:

1 piece feeding / dosing hopper with steel slat conveyor and a dosing drum, manufacturer Bollegraaf, type BDF-1200/2000

1 piece ascending conveyor between the feed hopper and the sorting cabin, manufactured as a troughed conveyor, manufacturer Lubo Systems, type TBM 2000 x 15000

1 piece sorting cabin, air-conditioned (heated), measuring 14,500 x 5,732 x 3,270 mm (l x w x h), with 4 sorting stations, 8 discharge chutes and 5 material bunkers underneath. The concrete blocks are not included in the scope of delivery of the sorting system.

1 piece sliding belt conveyor as sorting belt, manufacturer Bollegraaf, type HBGT 250/1400 * 15000

1 piece ventilation system for the sorting plant with an air capacity of 8,000 m³/hour, heated with 93.8 kW electrical heating power, manufacturer MANDIK.

The area required to install the sorting system in its current configuration is at least 46 x 7.5 m (345 m²). The height of the sorting cabin including the ventilation pipes is 7,370 mm.

 

Remark:

The system is located in Germany, is still fully assembled, connected to electricity and could be inspected in operation (without the use of materials) if required. The plant is sold ex works. The dismantling and loading of the entire system as well as the broom-clean handover of the hall is at the risk and expense of the buyer. The owner can provide sporadic logistical support during dismantling with forklift trucks, wheel loaders and excavators.

 

Technical documentation for the system and the components (operating instructions, CE declaration, electrical and hydraulic circuit diagrams) is only available in German.

 

The existing control cabinet controls all of the customer's machines in two halls and is therefore not included in the scope of delivery of the sorting system. The control cabinet is disconnected on site, dismantled and remains with the previous owner in order to be able to continue operating the remaining systems on site. Only the frequency converters for the individual machines of the sorting plant are included in the scope of delivery.

 

The concrete blocks under the sorting plant are also not included in the scope of delivery and remain with the previous owner on site.
